A compact cargo bike? Here it is! Practical and manoeuvrable, the Riese & Müller Carrie2 is the smart and flexible choice for modern families. This City version comes equipped with the FlexBox, a front cargo box that can be opened and closed as needed, to carry groceries, everyday luggage, or to make room for two children in the double child seat with safety belts. And if it rains, there’s a waterproof cover. Maximum flexibility at its best. If you need extra space, it can be configured with an optional rear rack (visible in the photos).

An innovative solution on a cargo bike that makes compact dimensions its greatest strength: with 20″ wheels and a short wheelbase, it is incredibly agile in traffic and easy to handle in any situation. The centre of gravity sits close to the ground, making it extremely easy to ride. The frame ensures excellent road holding and easy mounting for riders of all heights: with the many possible adjustments — saddle height, handlebar height and handlebar angle — it adapts to everyone, allowing you to vary the reach from the seat as well.

Powering the pedal assist is the brilliant 5th-generation Performance Line PX motor, which has all the power needed to tackle any climb. Electronic management is handled by the new Bosch Smart System, which puts all functions at your fingertips through the integrated cockpit with Purion 200 display, connecting to your smartphone via a free dedicated app. Range is guaranteed by the generous 545 Wh battery: the Carrie will take you and your family wherever you want to go, around the city and beyond! Comfort is assured in all riding conditions thanks to a fully controlled ergonomic setup and the optional by.Shulz G.2 ST suspension seatpost. The small-diameter wheels, fitted with generously wide tyres, ensure a ride that is always safe and enjoyable. On the subject of safety: the lighting beam is wide and far-reaching, so riding in the dark will never be an issue. And with the powerful Magura brakes, stopping distances are kept short even when travelling fully loaded.
