There’s a way of experiencing the local area that goes beyond the road: it’s the way of those who ride to discover, not just to arrive. This is where MOEZ Routes comes from, the cycle-tourism outing format that MOEZ eBikes dedicates to those who want to get to know places and people while riding one of our eBikes.

The first destination is Contrada Bricconi, the farm and agritourism that has restored an abandoned hamlet in Val Seriana, turning it into a hub for livestock farming, cheesemaking, and mountain hospitality.

On Sunday, September 27th, we’ll set off from the heart of Bergamo to reach Contrada Bricconi by bike, riding up the Val Seriana along the cycle path that follows the course of the Serio river: a guided, enjoyable route that requires no physical training — just curiosity to discover.

We’ll be welcomed by Giacomo Perletti, founder of Contrada Bricconi, who will personally guide us through the dairy, the barn, and the vegetable gardens, telling the story of how an abandoned hamlet has become a modern, sustainable mountain farming hub today — the story of a project born from the choice to stay, and to do it well.

Lunch will follow: a light meal with cured meats, cheeses, preserves in oil, and homemade bread, prepared by the kitchen of Chef Michele Lazzarini. After enjoying some relaxing moments under the pergola and in the vegetable garden, admiring the enchanting landscape of the Val Seriana, we’ll head back to the city.
